THIS HALF TERMS PE CHALLENGES
Parents feel free to challenge or join in with your children.
Co-ordination challenge - Stand 1 meter from a wall. How many times can you throw and catch a ball against the wall in 30 seconds, changing catching hand each time? Mr Franklands record is 36 (can you beat it?). remember to keep practising in between timing yourself.
Exercise Challenge - Can you jog without stopping for 6 minutes? if not, practice each day and jogging without stopping will gradually get easier.
Co-ordination challenge 2 - Can you work your way through the coordination floor patterns? They get progressively harder and these skills will help you improve in your PE lessons.
