At the start of this academic year we launched our Guiding Principles. Our Guiding principles are the shared values and beliefs that shape everything we do as a school community. They help us make decisions, build positive relationships, and create an environment where every child feels safe, respected, and able to thrive. Our guiding principles provide a clear foundation for learning, behaviour, and wellbeing, ensuring that children, staff, and families work together with a common understanding of what is important. They are not just words on a page, but principles that we aim to demonstrate in our everyday actions and interactions.
