Dinosaur Discovery
This half term we have been investigating all things dinosaur, starting with the discovery of a dinosaur egg in our classroom. We carried this theme over into our home learning and the children have had lots of fun learning facts about dinosaurs and their habitats.
The children made dinosaurs from Q-tips and looked at the skeletons of dinosaurs and they also went on a hunt for natural materials to make dinosaurs with. Above is the fantastic work of Tyllan and Tyler.
We designed our very own pirate dinosaurs and read the book 'the dinosaur that pooped a pirate'.
We also celebrated pancake day at home in our home learning and in school!
