Maths -

Today we are going to look at number patterns. This includes counting on one more than a number (so the number gets bigger) and finding out what number comes next in a sequence.

Writing -

Today we are going to be writing about the best bit of our adventure. You can pick out of any of the places we have been too / seen and write about what happened, who we saw and how we felt.

Places we have been -

Lost lagoon with Peach

Womping Willow

Maze

Tunnels with Morris the mole

Cave with the three headed beast.

Have a look at my example below.

The best part of the adventure was when I went to the lost lagoon. I loved meeting Peach the starfish and inviting her to come with us on our trip. I liked playing in the water because it was really warm and there was lots of amazing animals in the lagoon. I was happy as I made a new friend and I was excited to find the next clue and get the treasure.

Handwriting -

Today we are going to practice writing some of our spellings for the week. The video below will help you to understand what each letter should look like.

Geography -

Today we are going to be looking at comparing Middleton to the island. We will be looking at the human and physical features. Remember, physical features are things that are created naturally, like rivers and mountains. Human features are man made, like houses and roads. Listen to the video below to see what your task is.
