P.E

P.E. will be on Mondays and Fridays.  You should have a white t-shirt and black jogging bottoms.  Trainers or pumps will be needed for outside and bare feet or indoor pumps for inside. Earrings can be taken out or covered up for safety reasons.  We will provide tape if you need this.

Today we all had a lesson in Judo! After some warm-up exercises we all learned the correct way to hold on to our partner and make some basic judo moves; take a look below......

Autumn 2   Gymnastics

 

For this half term we will be working on our gymnastic skills.  Our first lesson started with a safety talk about moving around the hall safely and using the equipment correctly.  After that, we tried adding different types of jumps and turns off the equipment; pencil jump,tuck jump;star jump; quarter twist; half twist; full turn.

Autumn 1   Tag Rugby

 

This half term we are learning how to plap tag rugby.  To start, we talked about how to pass the ball correctly and learnt a few different ways to do this by playing some team games.  Later, we then moved on to some rules of rugby and played some basic gmes until we were managing to collect tags off our opposing team members.
