Mental Health and Positive Well-Being is more important now than ever, especially during the current climate. At Westwood we feel it is important to give children a chance to talk and discuss topics that are relevant to them, topics they may be anxious about and also topics that may give them life skills that will make them positive citizens in the future. We value pupil voice at Westwood as well. In order to ensure that all ‘Time To Talk’ sessions are relevant to each class, each class will have a ‘Time To Talk’ suggestion box. Children will be able to write down any topics they would like to discuss. This allows pupil voice to be heard and matters raised to be addressed.
