Children in need 2021

Chinese new year

The children have loved learning about the traditions of Chinese New Year. They have enjoyed making different crafts. We made our own dragons too and did some dancing!

Number Day!

On number day we all came to school in clothes with numbers on. We had a visit from Dave the magician! He taught us about shapes, length and height all with his balloons. The children loved it!

We celebrated Pancake day in Ash class by helping to prepare and make the batter for the pancakes and then taste testing pancakes with different toppings! They were really yummy.

World book day!

Pakistani Culture Day 2022

The children have loved their hands on experience of what it is like to take part in some of the Wedding celebrations in the Pakistani culture. They especially loved the dancing and getting to try out some henna.

Celebrating the queens platinum jubilee

We enjoyed learning the History about the queen through stories. We also looked at photos of her from a baby until now. The children then took part in lots of jubilee crafts such as making bunting, crowns and queen pictures. We also made sandwiches for our party and then partied all afternoon!
