We have been keeping warm this week by drinking lots of hot chocolate. It is so yummy that we are going to write an advert, describing it so other people buy it! If you do have any hot chocolate at home, make yourself a cup of it so you can get lots of ideas about how it tastes and looks. Today I would like you think about your feelings and how you manage them. This means what do you do when you feel different things. For example, when you're angry what do you do? When you're sad?
