Tower of London

Westwood Primary School's school council have been selected to access a trip to the Tower of London This is a fantastic opportunity for us to be able to take some children to the capital city and see some of the world-famous landmarks.

The children will see King Charles III crown jewels, meet the Beefeaters, participate in a workshop about Henry VIII and his wives and have a general tour of the Tower of London.

Trip to London

As a school we were lucky enough to receive some funding to take our school council on a visit to London. During the trip the children were able to: use the London underground; visit the tower of London and take part in a workshop; see Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, and Buckingham palace; and for some children go on a train for the very first time.
