Today's Maths task is to start to add money together.
GP: Add the cost of two items together to find the answer.
Workbook sheet 1: Add the two amounts together to find the answer (1. Add the pounds, 2. Add the pence.)
Workbook sheet 2: Fill in the blanks by using the cost of each item at the top of the page.
TIMES TABLE CHALLENGE-
This week, we are practising our 4x table! Watch the video five times. Afterwards, see if you can sing along or even sing the words without it playing. Send videos of you doing this to the class email!

An extremely famous movie director from Hollywood has contacted Elder class about writing the story for his new film 'The Wishgranter!' He has given us free tickets to watch the film!
In today's lesson we are going to look at the different features of a story:
The opening
The build-up
The problem
The resolution
The closing
Your task:
Today you're going to use your ticket given to you by the movie director and watch the film 5 times! (It's only five minutes long.)
Whilst your watching it, I want you think about the features of a story and how are they shown in this film?

If you like, you could make your own home theatre to watch the film in! Use inspiration from the pictures below. Make sure you send me lots of pictures if you decide to make your own home theatre!
