Hi, I’m Ace. My favourite hobby is being active! It doesn’t matter what I'm doing (running, swimming, dancing, yoga, climbing, cycling, skating, playing sports like football and tennis or simply exploring outside) - as long as I'm moving, I'm happy. I always aim to be active for at least 60 minutes every single day - and so should you!
Being active is great for me as it keeps both my body and mind healthy. I get to meet new people and make lots of friends. Taking part in physical activity helps me to learn to win and lose properly, builds my confidence and resilience when things become difficult, helps me to follow rules honestly and develop respect for others.
I hope you’ll join me in my quest to encourage all children and young people to be as physically active as me! Remember - at least 60 minutes every day
