Adventure 1: Cadbury World
On Monday, Willow, Sycamore and Rowan all travelled to Cadbury world in Birmingham. This was not a treat - there was a reason behind it.
Once we arrived, we began to learn about the origins of chocolate and the people who discovered it - the Mayans! The trip was part of our adventure, Mysterious Mayan Mission.
After learning about the history of chocolate, we got a chance to explore the factory.
We got a chance to see how the chocolate was made and molded (and even got to try a few samples!)
After lunch we had a talk about the Mayans, some of which we had already learned in class, but learning many new facts as well.
Finally, we got a chance to explore the 4D cinema!
