'ng' - 'A thing on a string' 

Hi everyone, below I have included a video of how to say all of the set 1 sounds. I hope it will be useful practise for you to review them with your children. It wont be long until we see your lovely faces again and we will want to hear all about what you have been up to during the lock down. Today why not try making 'a thing on a string'. Can you draw a 'thing' and put it on a string? Can you write its name 'thing'?

Making a Toilet Tube Dragon 

This week we are exploring a number of stories relating to dragons and we thought it would be fun if you could have a go at making your own. To do this you can use a toilet roll tube, green felt or paint and some bobbles for the eyes and then red paper or yellow paper for the fire that comes out of his mouth. See what you have at home. Look at the picture below for inspiration.
