Autumn 1

Alva received the Good Work Award for her fantastic non-chronological report on the Olympics. I was so impressed with her beautiful handwriting and ambitious vocabulary - what a brilliant start to Year 3, keep it up!

Dylan has received the Good Work award for his brilliant maths work on number patterns. I am so proud of Dylan for giving it a go and being so successful - well done!

Mia wrote a wonderful persuasive invitation this week. She took lots of care with her handwriting and included some great vocabulary and humour - great work Mia!

Maisie did some fantastic research about Ancient Greek theatre this week. She always works so hard and completes every piece of work to a beautiful standard - keep it up!

Penny wrote a brilliant argument about why boys had a better time than girls at Ancient Greek school. It is great to see her developing her own voice in her writing and using humour, fab work Penny!

Kai has been working so hard on his writing and has been writing all about things he loves. I've been so impressed with how much he has written this week and his improved use of all his SPAG objectives - well done, Kai!

Well done for your fantastic photomontages inspired by Hannah Hoch. I was so impressed with the hard work you put into them, they look fantastic in our Art Gallery.
