Suspect 3 Ed Sheeran
The children were excited to meet Ed Sheeran. He asked the children to help him create an invitation for him. The children had to use persuasive language and expanded noun phrases to ensure the reader would be excited about the event and want to go.
We also looked at letter formats and how to write a letter with our address in the right hand corner. The children wrote some amazing letters to Ed Sheeran asking him lots of questions about his life his hobbies. We're hoping to hear back from him very soon.....
For our ICT the children worked on the website Isle of Tune. This software allows the children to compose their own music. We had lots of fun creating some funky beats and sounds. Harrison and Tom even made their own funky dance to go with it!
