Bookbag Checklist 

 

Follow this checklist and return these books in your bookbag

every week on Thursday to earn an extra raffle ticket towards our prize box! 

 

Every Friday your child will come home with a spelling book, a times table book, a homework book, a reading record book and a reading book.

 

ALL these books need to be in your childs book bag and brought back to school on a Thursday.

 

Spellings – Spellings are on a 2 week rotation. They will be stuck in your childs spelling book, and highlighted if they got them correct. Please practice any that have not been highlighted on the second week.

 

Times tables – Your child will have a sticker on the times tables that they have completed in the front of their books. Please practice these at home so that they can climb the mountain.

 

Homework – Your child will receive a piece of maths homework every week and a project to complete. If they complete 10 pieces of homework they will receive a prize.

 

Reading – Your child will be given a new reading book every Friday. Please make sure you read this book with your child and that an adult signs their reading record book every week.
