Parent Involvement
Chestnut class loved having parents visit at the end of our Space adventure. We created riddles that we hid around our school. The parents had to solve the riddles and catch all the aliens to unlock their prize and child’s work. It was lovely to see the children sharing their work and being proud of how far they have come this year.
We had a great day at the Science Fair. The parents came in to see the children’s wonderful work and enjoy their experiments on our stall. The ducklings were definitely the star of the show!
We invited our parents in on French day to enjoy our delicious pain au chocolate that we made in class. The French cafè was a hit and the children loved seeing their parents in school!
Our parents came into school for the ‘masked reader’ competition. The children got to listen to a story with their parents before casting their vote for who might be behind the mask…
