Here’s mine!

Hi everyone, the story we are sharing with you this week is called 'Tyrannosaurus Drip'   and it's written by Julia Donaldson.

Everyone knows that tyrannosauruses are big and scary, so when a duckbill dinosaur's egg ends up in the wrong nest  the dinosaurs are confused.  When the baby dinosaur hatches out, he's so out of place that his grisly big sisters call him Tyrannosaurus Drip.  Poor little Drip,  he doesn't want to go hunting and eat meat like his sisters, all he wants is a quiet life munching on water weeds.

Mrs Kitching is going to read it for you.  We hope you enjoy it.

The story, Tyrannosaurus Drip is about a dinosaur who just eats plants.

Could you make a soup for Drip?

Think about what you might put in so that Drip will like it.  Remember he only likes plants so maybe put in grass, weeds, leaves?

When you have made it, talk to a grown up , tell them what you have made and how you did it.  Ask an adult to take a short video of you talking about your soup for Drip and send it to us.

Have fun.

Join in as you watch the dino stomp video, can you move like a dinosuar?

Stomp with you feet, chomp with your mouth,  can you pretend you have a tail to swish?
