Writing Buddies
In our final half term, we did something slightly different with Writing Buddies. The Year 5 children took a book to nursery and read this to their buddy. The nursery children loved being read to by the other children and it was a really lovely way to end the school year.
We visited our Writing Buddies in Nursery in the last week of the Summer 1 half term. and showed them all the work for Harry Potter Adventure
Every child in Rowan Class has their own Writing Buddy in Nursery. Every half term the children visit their Writing Buddy and show them all the fantastic Writing work they have been doing. Here they are showing the children examples of their Tudor Writing. The children love going over to Nursery and the Nursery children are always excited for their visit.
Here the children went to show their Writing Buddies some work from their Space 2119 Topic! Some of the children enjoyed doing this outside with the weather being so sunny!
