Some KS1 and UKS2 pupils have been selected to take part in a competition run by Primary Engineer. The children will be making a car. In KS1 this involves designing and then making their car ensuring it has sturdy wheels and straight axles. In UKS2, the children will be making a frame and attaching a motor to get the car to move with a full electrical circuit. 

We will then be taking these children to an event at Leeds University where they will compete against other schools for a wide range of challenges including fastest car, straightest car and best design.
