We realise things are tough at the minute for everyone. It's difficult adjusting to a new way of working and I'm sure the children are missing us and their friends as much as we are missing them. It can be hard for them sat at a screen all day and we realise lots of parents are working full time from home too which makes things even trickier. Attached below are some activities which will help with your children's mental health and wellbeing for you to dip into if you've had a tricky day or your child is feeling anxious or worried on a particular day. There are some great resources here for you to have a look through. You might decide to set some time aside once a week to complete an activity, or it could be something you do as a whole family at the weekend or an evening. It's totally up to you how you use it but it would be lovely to see some of the end products if you have a go at any of these.
