We know it's a strange time at the minute and you may be feeling more worried or anxious about things than usual. 

It is completely normal to feel this way. What is important is that you talk about it and get a chance to get those feelings off your chest or take your mind away for a little while. 

That's why I will be posting some different activities for you to do on here  that will help you deal with some of those negative feelings or just distract you from the weirdness of the world at the minute!

The Negative Hat

Keeping a routine is really important. Sit down and think about your week and plan in when you're going to do school work, time to relax, exercise and screen time.

Try writing your worries down in a worry jar-that way, they won't be taking up space in your brain anymore!
