Week 1.02.2021

As this week is Children's Mental Health Week, I will be putting lots of videos, activities and resources for the children to access. It is so important, especially with the change of life and routine, that the children are supported emotionally.

Talking about their worries and providing them with a safe space to feel sad is so important, and making them aware their feelings are valid and okay is crucial to having a positive mental health.
