Next, we met Apollo (god of poetry) and Aphrodite (goddess of love). They use their powers to help us write a love Haiku poem and an expanded sentence poem where we used lots of different adverbs and adjectives.
Some examples of the children's Haiku poems. A haiku poem consists of three lines with a syllable pattern 5-7-5
My lovely sister
Always has a smile for me
I love her so much
Kisses always there
My bulldog is cute and strong
Love is everywhere.
