Macmillan Afternoon Tea
We would like to thank everyone who came to our Macmillan Afternoon Tea event or to the bake sale after school. You have helped us to raise over £321 for Macmillan Cancer Support! The teachers kicked try I had off with their bake off in the morning where the children had to select their favourite cake! This was won again by Mrs Russell for her M&M cake! I'm sure you'll all agree that this was a fantastic creation, Mrs Russell never fails to surprise us with her talents. Every class baked something to be sold at the bake sale. The tasty treats sold out very quickly, as you can see from the pictures it was a very successful afternoon.
The Macmillan afternoon tea was a popular event with our parents/carers/grandparents. The newly appointed school council came to help us out selling the cakes.
The 100 square was won by Mrs Russell so it was a clean sweep for her this year!
