We have been getting busy in provision this week! We have been splatting sounds whilst saying them, working on our part part whole method and have created amazing circus faces!
I have been so impressed by how the children in Cherry have been creating stories using the puppet centre. It’s lovely to see all of their imaginations!
Oscar wanted to perform to the class. We have been singing “little bunny foo foo” and Oscar decided to put on a show for us of it. We all sang along.
We have been painting with broccoli this week! We have been looking at primary and secondary colours and used the broccoli to make different prints.
We have been using the marble run this week and have been seeing how high we can build it! There’s been great team work going on.
We were exploring different fruits this week! We had pomegranate, blue berries and kiwi! We ate them, smashed them up, cut them and smelt them.
We have had lots of fun looking at spelling tricky words with our playdough. We have also been thinking about how letters are formed.
It's bonfire night this week so we decided to make firework pictures using chalk on black paper.
In History we looked at the Great Fire of London. BooBoo and Dylan drew a picture of what happened in their provision time, she added in lots of detail and it looked great!
Ilina had a go at working out tricky take away sums in her maths provision time. She did really well!
