Pompeii Palaver
As part of our Pompeii Palaver Adventure, we visited the country of Italy. Here we visited a hotel in Pompeii, which was at risk of closing down. As a result of this, we did everything we could to keep the hotel running. We had a go at using their famous recipe to make some pizza!

To deepen the children's understanding of the country of Italy, they did a Burn2learn where they learnt all about the different landmarks in Italy. These included 'The Leaning Tower of Pisa' in Pisa and 'The Colosseum' in Rome
So the children knew more about the affect of Mount Vesuvius and how it erupted over Pompeii, the children had a go at making their own volcano!
