Contractions- a contraction is 2 words squeezed together.

e.g. does not = doesn't

        was not = wasn't

        will not = won't

Using this knowledge, can you complete the sheet below?

Maths

In arithmetic, we have been looking at multiplying decimals. You use column method but in your answer, you make sure you put the decimal point directly underneath the one in the number. Then you work through the multiplication in the exact same way as with a whole number.

We have also looked at dividing decimals. Again, you use bus shelter with the decimal number inside. You make sure the decimal point in the answer is put directly above the one in the number below. Then you work through it as normal.
