Class 5/6W

Welcome back to Westwood, I hope you have all had a restful Easter break! Our year has been very eventful with our first few adventures where we have traveled through time to see the ancient Mayans and the Second World War and traveled around the world filming A Whole New World. Next we visited Brazil where we had to learn all about the debate: Rio vs The Rainforest. Then we helped Gino revamp his hotel in Pompeii Palaver.

Now it is time to embark on our newest adventure:

This adventure began during half term when Mr Cockcroft was working on the field and tripped over a hole in the ground. He saw something shiny below. He started digging and noticed. It was a golden, metal box, with a message on top – ‘Not to be opened again until 2018!’ Below there was a sign saying ‘1968.’ Mr Cockcroft was intrigued so brought this into school. Inside were some objects. He could not work out what some of these were, so he needed our help.

This years show, performed by the year 5s and 6s, was

Joseph and his Technicolour Dreamcoat.
