Drug, alcohol and Tobacco Education
Children in year 2 have been learning about medicines and that these are a type of drug. The children have learnt how they can help people to overcome illness.



Key Stage Two children received a visit from D-Side. D-Side provide interactive drug, alcohol and tobacco education in line with the new statutory guidance. The sessions focused on the effects that substances have on the body, risk taking, decision making and peer pressure. The sessions were very informative and the children engaged well.
