Roald Dahl Day 2018!
We had such a fantastic day, celebrating all things Roald Dahl on what would have been his 102nd birthday!
The children all looked amazing in their costumes and we were blown away with the effort everyone had made. There were some outstanding homemade costumes that must have taken so long to make.
The children all came together in assembly to celebrate Roald Dahl and some children went head to head against the teachers in a Roald Dahl Quiz. The children then took part in various Roald Dahl activities in their classrooms throughout the day.
We even had the wolf scaring the pigs from Roald Dahls Revolting Rhymes book.
Mrs Davis (BFG) went around the classrooms with snozzcumbers for the children to try, I think alot of them were very suprised by the taste!
We even manage to get the teachers posing for pictures in character.
