RSHE
Mental Health
In our RSHE lesson, we were looking at Mental Health. First we discussed what mental health is and different feelings and their levels of severity. In an activity, we tried to identify what emotion each of the 'blobs' in the picture might be feeling based on their actions, body language and facial expressions.
Next we read the book Ruby's Worry and thought about our own worries.
In the buckets we drew water droplets to show our worries and how big or small they were to us. Around the bucket we identified the ways that we might outwardly show a worry if we kept it to ourselves and let it build. Finally we thought about ways to help relieve that worry
Together we created a toolbox of ways we could do to try and improve our mental health.
