Number day
Number day was lots of fun. As well as enjoying the visit from the maths magician we explored counting and numbers in our classroom. We played hop scotch, rolled dice and matched spots/numbers to play a game, had number balloons in the dough, played a counting game on the Interactive whiteboard and learnt a new number song, "ten little aeroplanes".
The visitor brought stretchy balloons and we worked together to make shapes.
