Wednesday - Sports Day

Today would have been sports day at school, because we can't be there for it, it is time to have our own! 

 

First lesson - 

Follow the Joe Wicks workout to get yourselves ready for the next acivities!

Kids Beginners Workout | The Body Coach

My friend Eva joined me for this super fun kids workout that's quick and easy. Try it at during the summer holiday with your family or friends 😊☀️

Lesson 2 - 

Let's have some races! If you have an adult with you, you can race with them. If you do not, don't worry! You can time yourself and see how fast you can race instead. 

Can you complete these races? 

- running

-hopping 

- jumping 

 

See if you can make your own obstacle race and complete that in the quickest time!

Lesson 3 - 

If you have an egg and spoon, see if you can complete this race. Make sure you do it outside though, we don't want any smashed eggs inside the house! 

 

Have a go at creating your own medal, you have done lots of exercise today! 

 

To finish the day, follow the yoga routine below to relax your body from the busy day.
