Below are the 6 optional homework tasks for you to complete over Autumn 1. You can do as many as you want and when you want. The dates are a guide as you may have done something in school that week to help you.
Friday 5th September Share something you did over the Summer Holidays. Write about it, draw it, share photos-anything you want! | Friday 12th September It’s Roald Dahl Day tomorrow. What’s your favourite Roald Dahl book or character? Tell me all about it/them. Include pictures. | Friday 19th September This week, we learnt how people stayed safe at home during WW2. Can you design a leaflet giving advice on how to do this? |
Friday 26th September Can you design an Anderson Shelter with a modern twist? What would they be like today with the technology we now have? | Friday 3rd October This week, we visited Eden Camp. Can you design a poster advertising the museum and encouraging someone to visit? | Friday 10th/17th October It’s Halloween over half term. Can you write a spooky story or poem, or perhaps a setting description of a creepy haunted house? |
