National Maths Storytelling Day
On Monday 25th September, we celebrated National Maths Storytelling Day with a special assembly. We learnt that maths is all around us, even in the stories we read! In our assembly, we read a folk tale called "One Grain of Rice", which showed the power of doubling.
We learnt that lots of authors have managed to sneak mathematical concepts into their books. Our Reading Ambassadors have shared some suggestions of these that you could look out for and read yourself!
